How should I clean my RIGHTNOW sandals?

To clean your RIGHTNOW sandals, follow these steps:

  • Spot Cleaning: Use a damp cloth or a soft brush to gently remove surface dirt. For tougher stains on the rubber, you can use a small amount of mild soap with water.
  • Drying: Always let your sandals air dry in a cool, shaded area. Never use a machine dryer or place them near direct heat, as this can cause damage.

Note: Avoid fully soaking them or using a washing machine.

Can I leave my sandals out in the sunshine or direct heat?

While RIGHTNOW sandals are made of upcycled tires, please be careful with your sandals being left in direct sunshine. The sandals may warp when exposed to high temperatures or extended periods of direct sun. Make sure to leave them in the shade and in a cool spot when you are not wearing them.

Please note that damage caused by direct sunlight or heat is not covered under our warranty.

How do size exchanges for sandals work?

We offer a complimentary, one-time size exchange for customers in West Malaysia only. You can exchange your sandals for a different size of the same model and color, provided you meet these strict conditions:

  • You must request the exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The sandals must be in pristine, unworn, and original condition, suitable for resale. They must have no marks, scuffs, or signs of wear. We strongly recommend trying them only on a soft, carpeted surface.
  • All original packaging (box, tags, inserts) must be returned intact.
  • Size exchanges are not available for items bought during a sale or with a promotional code.

Can I exchange my item for a different style or color?

NO, our exchange policy is strictly for size exchanges only, for the exact same model and color of the sandal you originally purchased. We do not offer exchanges for different styles or colors.

YES, all returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our team. Please email us at support@rightnowofficial.com to initiate your request and wait for instructions. We cannot process and are not responsible for items sent back to us without prior authorization.

What does the sandal warranty cover and not cover?

Our 90-day warranty for West Malaysian customers specifically covers manufacturing defects related to the adhesion (gluing) of the sandal sole components.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, worn-down soles).
  • Any issue unrelated to the sole's gluing.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or excessive wear.
  • Any product that has been altered or modified.
  • Claims made after ninety (90) calendar days from the date of receipt.
How do I make a warranty claim?

If you are in West Malaysia and believe your sandals have a gluing defect covered by our 90-day warranty, please email support@rightnowofficial.com with:
