Shipping Policy

At RIGHTNOW®, we are dedicated to delivering your order with the care and efficiency that defines our brand. This policy outlines our shipping procedures for both domestic (Malaysia) and international clients.

Domestic Orders (Malaysia)

  • Shipping Fees: A tailored shipping fee will be calculated and presented at checkout, based on your delivery address.
  • Order Fulfilment: All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our facility within three (3) business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Estimated Delivery: Following dispatch, please allow three to five (3-5) business days for your order to arrive. Please note that deliveries to East Malaysia typically require a longer transit time, which is standard for shipments to this region, requiring three to seven (3-7) business days.
  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • In-Store Pickup (Selected Products Only): If your entire order is available at one authorized reseller location, we are pleased to offer complimentary in-store collection.
    • Important Notes:
      • Pick up is only available if all items in your cart are in stock at the same location.
      • Selecting a Pick up Location: On the checkout page, under the "Pick up" option, you will see a list of available stores if all your items are eligible for self-collection at the same location. You can then select your preferred store and proceed to complete your payment.
      • No Stores Available for Pick up: If under the "Pick up" option, you see "No stores available with your item" it means your items are not eligible for self-collection at this time. In this case, only the "Ship to address" option will be available.
      • We are continuously working to expand our self-collection options and appreciate your understanding.

International Orders

Currently, we are only able to ship within Malaysia. We are actively exploring options to expand our international shipping capabilities and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our global market reach.

General Information

  • Potential Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, external factors (e.g., peak seasons, courier disruptions, or adverse weather) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding, and our team will contact you with updates and options if your order is affected by any significant disruptions.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
